1. About Us

Glauben Music is an online music school based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide live music lessons via video call to Tamil-speaking families in India and worldwide.

2. Enrolment

By booking a class you agree to these terms. Classes are open to students of all ages. A parent or guardian must be present during classes for students under 13.

3. Classes — In-Person & Online

Classes are available in person at our studio in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, or online via live video call (Zoom or Google Meet). Online students are responsible for a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and their own instrument.

4. Scheduling & Time Zones

Class times are confirmed in Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). Students in other time zones — Singapore (SGT), UK (GMT/BST), USA (EST/PST), Gulf (GST), Australia (AEST) — should confirm their local equivalent at booking. We offer flexible slots to accommodate students globally.

5. Payments

Full payment is required before classes commence. We accept UPI, bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: full credit toward a rescheduled class.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: no credit unless due to emergency.
  • Cancellation by Glauben Music: full reschedule or refund offered.
